Construction of the first MCC Best Value Store in Nicosia by C&A Toumazis (07 Jan 2025)

C&A Toumazis is proud to announce its latest project – the construction of Nicosia’s first MCC Best Value Store, a milestone development in the city's retail sector.

Located at the entrance of Nicosia, just 285 meters from the Mall of Cyprus, this fast-track project will span 6,491 sqm and feature a spacious basement, a cutting-edge metal structure, and complete mechanical and electrical installations.

This fast-track project includes a spacious basement and a metal structure, complete with all necessary mechanical and electrical fittings for a large retail store. The project commenced on January 7, 2025, with completion scheduled for February 7, 2026.
