Civil Engineers / Project Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, accredited by ΕΤΕΚ.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' industry experience may be strongly desired.
- Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
- Communication skills to effectively co-ordinate teams and group of professional.

Sales Executive / Representative
Requirements:
- 2/3 years experience in a relative field
- Actively pursue and manage prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competition, providing insights for sales strategies.
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, regularly reporting performance and market feedback to management.
- Present and explain real estate projects effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- English and Greek language proficiency required. Any other a plus.

Requirements:

- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment, promoting safety and efficiency.
- Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor, reporting to management regularly.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays, providing quick and effective solutions.
