A Green Area Development
Consists of just 10 detached villas each one with its own characteristics in 4 different designs, and 6 terraced houses. The land of 6,25 acres is phasing two roads, and part of the development is a green area of about 1.000 m2.

Detached villas:
Each detached villa sits on a plot of 500 m2 – 300 m2. There are three sizes of villas 342m2 (type B), 321 m2 (type A) and 259 m2 (types C & C1). Each villa has large living areas on the ground floor, separate dining room which could also be used as an office, TV room open plan with the kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and closet. On the first room you have a very big master bedroom with walking closet, large bathroom with Jacuzzi, two washbasins and toilet, and a choice of additional three or two bedrooms depending on the house type. Each additional room has its own bathroom or shower (except the fourth one). To add to all this there is an attic of size between 40 – 60 m2 that could be used as maids room, playroom, office, gym, or store room.
On the ground floor you have beautiful garden with swimming pool of 4 x 8m or 5 x 10m, covered shower and barbeque bench with sink.
Each villa will be build with high quality materials. Marble or solid parquet on ground floor, Italian doors and kitchen with granite top, parquet laminate in bedrooms and attic, double glazing and aluminum shutters, under floor electrical central heating and provisions for concealed a/c units. All walls will be spatula and emulsion paint.
In additions the houses have electrical gates, burglar alarm system, video phone and fire alarm in the kitchen.
Further more there is provision for CCTV system.
In case there is a request the developers offer the option of increasing the plot size by unifying two plots.
Terraced houses:
In the project in the north end with access from the road on the north part of the plot there are 6 terraced houses phasing the green area. Each has covered area of 88m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms.
